1. What we provide

instagrow sells social media engagement services (such as followers, likes, views and comments) for public profiles and posts across supported platforms. Services are delivered by us and our fulfilment partners after payment is confirmed.

2. Eligibility & your account

• The target profile or post must be public so the service can be delivered.
• You confirm you own the account, or are authorised to order for it.
• You must provide the correct public username or link. Orders placed against a wrong, private or removed target may not be refundable — see the Refund Policy.

3. Passwords & account safety

We will never ask for your social media password, and you should never share it. Delivery requires only a public username or link. You are responsible for keeping your own login and your order's tracking link private.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use instagrow for unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, or anything that violates the rules of the platform you're ordering for. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with each platform's own terms; those platforms operate independently of instagrow and may change how engagement is counted at any time.

5. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and the exact total is displayed before you pay. There are no accounts, wallets or subscriptions. Payment is processed securely by our payment gateway; the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.

6. Delivery

Delivery start times shown on each service are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with platform conditions. Engagement delivered by third parties may fluctuate; where a service includes refill on natural drop, that is stated on the service page.

7. Refunds

If a service cannot be started or completed, it is eligible for redelivery or a refund as set out in our Refund Policy.

8. No affiliation

instagrow is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of liability

Services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, instagrow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by a platform against an account. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. Changes & governing law
